Tali Roth founded her self-titled interior design studio in 2015 in New York City. An Instagram darling (follow her, she’s hilarious) and go-to designer for celebrities and first-home buyers alike, Tali’s clientele is as eclectic and impressive as the city itself. Since late 2020, Tali brings her distinctively unfussy and exuberant style back to the city where it all began, Melbourne Australia.
Though she was formally educated at RMIT in Melbourne Australia, Tali credits much of her schooling to an upbringing surrounded by the architecture of the 60s and 70s, dotted around suburban Melbourne.
A grown-up whimsey and masterful balance of poetry and prose defines Tali’s work - whether it’s a gut renovation in Chelsea, the total reimagining of a teeny pre-war apartment on the upper west side or an achingly cool retail space that nods to Milanese style, the through-line is clear. Textural, layered & useful spaces full of bold forms and patinas you can literally lean in and touch.
